What to expect at John Kruger Automotive
At John Kruger Automotive, we've got the experience to fix your vehicle right. After years of being in business, we can confidently say that our cutomer is our #1 priority. When customers come to John Kruger Automotive, here's what they can expect:
Diagnostics
- A preliminary diagnostic is always done first on your vehicle for a minimal charge or often for FREE depending on the amount of time required. If the diagnostic goes deeper, you will always be called FIRST for diagnostic bills over $50.
Estimates
- You will ALWAYS get a call with our estimate before we complete any repairs.Since every repair is unique and each vehicle must be properly diagnosed, we are unable to give over-the-phone estimates. Many shops will give you a low price over the phone, only for your repair cost to end up significantly higher once you arrive. We won't do that. We always diagnose a vehicle first before we give an estimate. At John Kruger Automotive, we believe this is the most honest and cost-effective way to treat our customers.
Repairs
- We NEVER complete repairs with out your prior approval. Our goal at John Kruger Automotive is to have each customer leave our shop feeling confident that their repair was done right. We have only the highest skilled technicials and we use only the best parts available when repairing your vehicle, so that you can drive away knowing that your are in a safe and reliable vehicle.
